According to computed tomography, the calculus fills the entire lower calyx and adheres to the pelvis. Calculus size in maximum section – 18 mm; high density (1400 HU)
The function of both kidneys is satisfactory.
Diagnosis:
Urolithiasis. 1-degree coral-like calculus of the right kidney.
Performed:
Contact laser destruction with a flexible tool.
